About This Starter Site
PulseFit is a seven page site for a gym: a home page with a photo hero whose title runs one quick animated cycle on load, stat counters that count up as you scroll to them, six class cards, four coaches and three membership plans; a classes page with six classes and their duration and intensity; a weekly schedule laid out as one card per day, twenty-four classes in all; a trainers page with four coaches, their specialty, bio and certifications; a pricing page with three plans and an FAQ; and a contact page. Every "Book" button on the site leads to that one contact page, so there is never a booking engine or a network call to configure. It uses the same base theme as every other starter site, so nothing here is a separate product to maintain. What changes is the palette, the patterns, and the content. The photographs, the four trainer portraits included, are AI-generated samples: replace them with your own.

How does the contact form work?
The Contact page shows your site's first Contact Form 7 form: Contact Form 7 creates one when you activate it, with name, email, subject and message fields, and you edit it like any other form. Without Contact Form 7 the page shows a plain email button instead, so it never breaks. There is no booking system: every "Book" button leads to that page.
Can I change the schedule, the plans and their prices?
Yes. The weekly schedule and the three membership plans, prices included, are ordinary WordPress blocks, not a database of classes or plans. Open the Schedule or Pricing page in the block editor and edit times, classes, plan names, features and prices exactly like text anywhere else on the site.
Are the trainer photos real?
No. Every photograph, the four trainer portraits included, is an AI-generated sample meant to show the layout. Replace them with photographs of your own coaches, classes and gym before you publish.
What does this starter site need to import?
PulseFit is a Pro starter site: the Pro plugin, with an active license, is what imports it and runs its contact form. It needs theme 1.2.0 and Companion 1.2.0 or newer. It is not available in the free plugin.
